The F9445 was made for a short time after the Fairchild F9440 Microflame.
It is an enhancement on the original, faster, with a larger memory addressing capability 128k vs 64k), while still retaining compatibility with Data General Nova code.
The were discontinued in about 1988 when National Semi bought Fairchild (though a version was made afterwards called the ICD9445)
They were made on a Bipolar process.
Ones without a speed identifier are 16MHz
