In 1973, Burroughs sold Large Systems B6500 to the USSR Ministry of Oil. It was a very special system with Cyrillic printers, special paper tape readers and some other very special things. It was during the Cold War, but Burroughs had special permission to supply the system. In honor of this event, commemorative badges with the Burroughs emblem were issued in the Soviet Union.

Neat! When I saw this article, this computer was actually the first thing that came to my mind.
Unlikely most of you have every heard of it though. Strangely ahead of its time, and consigned to the bin of history with little to no examples left in existence.
