SC58371AP (I think it is Sharp)
A4540EB Rockwell (maybe A4540E8)

first one is a serial to parallel converter with LED driver

OKI makes one, not sure who made yours though

A4540EB is a calculator chip, has basic functions (+,-, x, /, %, SQR), driving 12 digits display. I have schematics.
