Is this the "Computer Museum of America" in La Mesa? When I visited in 1999, I also spotted a nice license plate (see below). It took me a while to find the analog pictures and scan them in.
I was really jealous, because my first car was a metallic sky-blue VW beatle (built 1971) that I liked so much, and back in 1999 I was so-to-say "Mr. Debug" in the department where I was working because I wrote a low-level-debugger in C and x86 assembler for an embedded device that communicated via RS232 with a high-level-language debugger on a Windows PC. The latter one was bought from an external company and only adapted for our needs. But I completely managed that topic, i.e. I wrote the requirements, selected the product, managed the contact with the external company, specified the serial protocol together with them, and finally tested everything. |

Another hobby of mine is collecting license plates. I collect Mexican, NFL and NHL license plates. I never thought there was such a thing as collecting license plates related to electronics.
If anyone is interested in seeing my collection of license plates, I'm willing to post a link to them. _________________ My collection of post-Soviet Z80s.
