Here are some nice Pre-FPO Intel 4k SRAM memory chips.
The AL was the enhanced HMOS II version, with low power support, about half the power of the normal A and a quarter that of the early non-A
2x Intel P2114 4k SRAM 450ns $2
14x Intel P2114AL-3 4k SRAM 150ns Low Power $1 _________________ New for 2025! The CPU Shack has a co-processor!

I don't understand why buy vintage chips in such quantities? One or two are enough for a collection. Maybe you need to remember about other collectors? _________________ My collection of post-Soviet Z80s.

The good news is that most builders don't care about finding specific s-spec's or date codes. Especially for Ram or Peripheral parts I'd rather have later parts - which are often faster or lower power.
Since 2114's are 1Kx4, it takes all 16 for 8K |

Interesting tidbits of information about the 2114 and the troubles Intel had making them (while everyone else was successful, including AMD )

The part that had me ROTFL was Intel buying memory chips from other manufacturers, because theirs were so bad. |
