Intersil is not a brand one thinks of when you think of Intel MCU clones, they however did make some 8035s, in CMOS, likely the same way Harris was contracted to make CMOS versions of Intel x86 processors
These are CMOS, and Industrial spec.
The NECs are a bit more pedestrian, but are a low power version
