It's some sort of Sandy Bridge quad-core based on the die size/shape.
I imagine it is on a LGA1155 interposer?
Unfortunately QDF0 is usually used for mechanical or thermal samples, so I'm not sure if this chip would run. _________________ My collection |

QDF0 and QDF1 are usually used for mech samples BUT I have seen a working Haswell ES with the qdf QDF1. So there's a decent chance this one may work too. _________________ My WTB List
