Have a TON of these in tubes but no idea what they are: haven't been able to find any references to the part number "75521C" (some also show "7552-1C"). One of the tubes is marked as Intel 2102A (a 1K x 1 bit SRAM) but I don't know if that's just a case of tube re-use - because the 2102 has a weird Vcc/Gnd pinout, going to try carefully powering one up when I'm back home in a week+ and see if it matches the behavior of a 2102.
It's an Intersil 7552 1K x 1 SRAM, drop-in compatible with an Intel 2102. Thanks to frag_ for the positive ID.
All have 70's date codes.
$5 each + $5 for USPS shipping within the USA, or free shipping to AVICC since I can batch them up into one package. I take Paypal. _________________ High-reliability electronics photography & circuit analysis: https://dcstraney.wordpress.com

I think that's Intersil, not Intel. I'm not expert with logos though. _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.
