These are some rare early CMOS 6502 clones made in 1984 by Hua Ko Electronics in Hong Kong
They are industrial temp rated 4MHz and NOS (in the nice shiny plastic package) with the Hua Ko Logo, very uncommon
These were a less then legal copy of the GTEu 65SC02 CMOS 6502 design, and were mainly sold in Asia and Eastern Europe (which were less concerned about the ack of a license)
