Hello!
For sale are several Intel 3001B, labelled with what are presumably HP part numbers. Some are white ceramic, some are white/grey zebra stripe ceramic.
I have decapped one of the chips and checked out the die to identify them as 3301B. These are 256 x 4-bit ROMs. The bits are so big, you can count them yourself 
These have been cleanly desoldered and have no damaged pins. See pictures for an example.
Asking $20 each, shipping will depend on location. Items ship from Germany. Payments via PayPal or IBAN within Europe if you prefer.
There is one Motorola stamped one (152), asking $30 for that one.
When interested, please let me know the number(s) you want which are printed on the chips. For example "155" or "150" etc. |
