I have this pretty old Penitum ll processor. Its a cartrdge type, I think it may even work. Anyway, my question is, how much is it worth? This is what it says on the top of the cartridge:
INTEL CONFIDENTIAL
80523PX300512PE Q439 ES
18200410-0053 Phillipines
I'll try to put a picture up in a little while. Thanks. |

...PGA is the chip package(socket 370)
SECC2 is the Slot one package(cartridge)
I'm really not the one to ask for evaluating this one.
But my guess is that some people will pay up to about $20-30...but for some probly less !
I do know that the best value for a rare CPU seems to go pretty good on Ebay lately...
EDIT*
Let me add that it would make a good trade on another CPU, which is what alot of people love to do here.

Nice one! Yes, those slot one ES are quite rare. I would go to around $40-50 for a chip like that.

This forum is actually where it happens! When i started out around a year ago this was my bible.
Read old posts. Ask dumb questions. And read some more. Almost everyone here has done it before you!
Welcome to chip-collecting! Check my site http://www.cpuphotolibrary.com what there is to collect. I think collecting will keep you busy for a while...
