AMD Socket A bridge tables

It seems that Fab51.com is offline. This site contained lookup tables for socket A bridges, useful to configure those bridges. The site is viewable via archive.org and so I used the data from there to recreate the tables.

Table 1 is an index table that shows which packages use which bridge groups (L).
Tables 2A and B correlate bridge settings for Thunderbird and Spitfire.
Tables 3A-D correlate bridge settings for Palomino and Morgan.
Tables 4A-E correlate bridge settings for Thoroughbred, Applebred, Barton, and Thorton.

Caution: Use tables at your risk. Not all configurations have been tested, especially the higher multipliers which are practically untestable.
