Me too.

I have never seen this kind of package for TI 486DLC.

Do you have a picture of the bottom?

I think the IBM should be marked "V266GA" not "V666GA" but I may be wrong on that score.

"V2" is for 3.3V core voltage, "V6" is for 3.45 V / 3.6 V:
