From all the information I've seen on this exact style of MCM, it should be an IBM Z900? _________________ My Collection Archive |

Oh, that's an actual Z900? I got an MCM the other day that looks exactly like your first image (big white chip with 16 orange/brown dies surrounded by capacitors), and it was sold as a Z900 model. But your second image is a completely different design. _________________ My Collection Archive |

Wow, that's an awesome diagram. Really unsure if the white one is actually a Z900 then, since it's a completely different design. Hopefully someone else here knows what the white chip with 16 dies is, I'll need to update my collection sheet. _________________ My Collection Archive |
