Nice board ! I have similar one and same thing happend on all other my vintage boards - replaced battery for a new one 1x years ago started to leak. I have removed all of them and cleaned acid with vinegar and isopropanol. Glad I checked one board for testing 386 and it appeared in time. Boards with original batteries from 80s hasn't be removed/replaced until Today is doing disaster to traces and ICs.

That's right. But on this board I checked the tracks. Everything is fine! The battery, surprisingly, did not damage the board. Another good thing is that there are solid capacitors on the board.
