Thee are some pretty nice and rare Motorola 68HC705 Engineering Samples
These are the 705Txx version, production ones were the T16, these were the unreleased T10K variety.
They have a very large die (includes a full OSD controller as well as the 68HC705 CPU core) and are in a large ceramic 56 pin gold shrink dip package
They were made back in 1992
9x Motorola XC68HC705T10K SAMPLE $16 or 2 for $30
(one reserved for aberco)
