33 years of SPARC goodness
The original SPARC was the Fujitsu MB86900, which implemented the V7 instruction set. This was a 2 chip chipset, the 86900 CPU and the 86910 FPU.
Later these were combined into the 86903, still a V7 CPU (vs the enhanced V
Weitek also made a integrated SPARC, called the 8601
