Please can I replace directely this NEC chip or I need the bim file for for program it for use?

this is a ROM type chip so will need a program

EDIT: apparently I was mistaken and this is the ROMLess version, so score!

78C10 does not have internal rom, so yes, you can replace it.
You are in luck because 78C11 and 78C12 not only use internal rom, but it's mask programmed by manufacturer.
