These are super nice AMD RAMs
They are a low power (175mW max versus 350) high speed (400ns vs 500ns ) version of the Intel C2112 256x4 1k SRAM
These are all dated 1975, which is before Intel's improved 2112A came out, and are still faster then most 2112As
