SRD11 seems to be a rebadged Xeon Platinum 8160. This particular rebadge is detected as a Montage Jintide C2460 1 in CPU-Z - https://pcdetail.taobao.com/d4f534493baa358808fd65232d5d18ce.html

Its part number is strangely not found on Montage's website, which implies this is an off-roadmap processor meant for a Chinese OEM. It's likely H3C as they are the only ones that I know who equipped their servers with this processor. The Jintide C2460 can be found in their compatibility lookup tool webpage - https://iconfig-chl.h3c.com/iconfig/OSPartsIndex?fromiconfig=1&language=en

Search for 'C2460' in the 'By Product Code (Optional)' dropdown field and you'll see many results showing up. Some of these results mention the H3C UniServer R4700 G3 and the UniServer R4900 G3, those could be the servers that originally came with these processors installed.
