|
|
I recently received some Cypress chips without printed models.
I found similar models based on their packaging type and die number (VIC068A-UM, VIC068B-UM, VIC068A-UMB, VAC068A-UM, VAC068A-UMB)
But I couldn't find any chip models or information related to 7C069B.
Is this an unlisted product?
Who can help find the chip model and related information.
Thank you.

I searched "VIC068A" on wbparts.com, as one of the aerospace parts suppliers that is linked to the National Stock Number database (there's a ton of them out there, it's just my personally preferred one). That turned up this: https://www.wbparts.com/rfq/5962-01-390-5160.html
That page says it's a VMEbus interface controller. It also shows the equivalent generic/standardized military part number "5962-9201001", which might get you more results if you're looking for more detail (there's publicly-accessible "standard microcircuit drawings" for the 5962-... parts I've found before online I think). _________________ High-reliability electronics photography & circuit analysis: https://dcstraney.wordpress.com

Yes. I suspect he is VIC069B or VAC069B. But I can't find any information.
I took apart VIC068B, but their die numbers are not the same. |
