That depends on whether you're buying or selling
Scrap lots can often be sold for a lot more than what they are worth as scrap. You only need one person who overvalues a scrap lot to get a sale at above what it's worth.

If you are buying :-
The green fibre chips are very low value
Ceramic chips are worth around $0.50/g in gold/silver after you've paid for chemicals etc.
No idea about the LSI chips, but would guess it would be similar to the ceramics.

I'd pay attention to how many bidders there are. You don't want to far surpass what most bidders are willing to pay. The more people bidding at around the price you'd want to resell the remainder for, the more chance you'll get the price you want at resale.

You're also more likely to get a better resale price if you're happy to let them sit at a fixed sale price for a while, rather than hope the right buyer comes along during your auction window.
