Hello,
I have a CerDIP64 Motorola QM68000D1 ceramic chip here.
Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find any information about it. The AI ranks it above the XC68000, which I find hard to believe.
QM68000D1
DC87863L8
GN78450
What model is it?
What year? (1978/1984/1987)?
What is it intended for? |
