The web server upgrade will be on February 22, Sunday, from 8 AM EST to 10 AM EST. Please do not post anything during that time in the forum.
As soon as the upgrade is over I'll go and check (and fix) things. All HTML web pages and most CGI scripts should be available after upgrade. The forum could be down, and it will require manual intervention to get started.

I fixed some issues and verified fixes by sending PMs between my accounts.
I also worked on other issues with posting, e-mailer and search.
Linking S-Specs is currently off.
