Found this morning. No heatsink.
Listed in CPU World database as 49G2988 Ceramic PGA with heatsink 80486DX2-50 overdrive processor (FRU92F0147)

I have this one in the library. The same without heatspreader?
Edit:
This is the back. The numbers match pretty well with yours. Almost identical in fact.
