What are they? The "Tek" chips have no marking on the other side.

Looking at the first four, those are almost certainly Tektronix part numbers (xxx-yyyy-zz). I'm thinking they could be DSP or other signal-processing chips for an oscilloscope or similar piece of test equipment. Who the actual manufacturer is, I have no idea... They would have been custom made for Tektronix.

Still working on ID'ing the last one.

I agree. The text on the last one looks very much like lsi text. The font, style, and even the symbols are exactly what lsi uses.
