What's that?
white/grey CDIP16, date code from 1974.
But it is no 4004 clone - at least not a working one.
Any ideas? |

Given that it's Siliconix, it's probably not even digital... FET switches, or something along those lines.

Here are a couple nice "albino" cerdips from 1976:
(The big one is 16-channel analog multiplexer; the little one, a quad SPST analog switch.)
