Yes, I have had to pay a few times with them. They are good. You have to register and it works much the same way as paypal. If you complete the further registration you get higher payment sending limits.

The only thing.. as a buyer you will pay more with moneybookers. They charger the buyer the transaction few.. a small percentage, 1% I think. The seller is not charged much. This doesnt make much difference, because some sellers just put the price up so you pay for the paypal anyway.

With paypal, the buyer does not pay the paypal fee.. the seller has to pay all fees. I like to pay with paypal, I feel more secure with the protection paypal gives buyers and paypal is in ebay.. so everythign is easy. Paying with moneybookers or other methods is more time consuming.

yeah.. paypal have strange way of dealing with fraud.

If I go and buy petrol or something in a shop, and I pay with the card.. then it is checked and if the bank says ok.. I get my goods. I leave the shop. If I have a problem with the goods I have to take them back to the shop to complain.. I onyl get my money back when I take them back.

The problem I think sellers have with paypal, is that a buyer can take the goods and fraudulently complain.. paypal takes the money back. Paypal have also taken money back when the payment has been sent from stolen cards etc...

All in all.. I think paypal give sellers a poor service.. but as a buyer I like only to pay with paypal. I think sellers would prefer it if paypal was more like moneybookers, i.e. not protecting ebay all the time. ebay seem to use paypal to help deal with all the fraud.. ebay should be cleaning up their own mess... ebay is a mess actually.. .. rant...rant...rant...rant...
