Very interesting chip... I think it's an engineering sample of Pentium 66.

The pins look like a 486. Isn't P24 standing for 486 DX2?

I found in google many results as electronic part. There was A80P24, A80P24-50, A80P24-66. I would like to venture that is embedded version of 486 CPU to example printer controllers - rival RISC CPUs.
