FDIV bug for Pentium 60/66 was fixed in stepping D1. I think SX836 has stepping C1, but I can't prove it. This S-Spec number is not in Intel' specification update, and I don't have Pentium 60/66 motherboard to test my processor.

Wouldn't the date code give a clue?
From what I understand the "bug" affected all Pentium chips made prior to December of 1994.
The date on the ones I have range from late 1993 to early 1994.

Very interesting but I have Pentium 66 from 94 year and Pentium 66 FDIV bug from 94 year. Question is from which week Intel started with correct version ?
