I have almost exactly the same one (1FQ3-0009 Rev 2.5 9645). It is an HP PA-RISC 8000 at 180 MHz.
I've only been able to ID it based on the processor board it came with, which had an HP part number.
If anyone's out there with in-depth knowledge about PA-RISC processor identification, I've also got one I can't ID at the moment...

Interesting, HP part surfer (http://partsurfer.hp.com) gives the following description for 1FQ3-0009: "PCXU IC SMO INTERNAL USE ONLY", and for 1FQ3-0004 part it gives "ORDER 1FQ3-0009".

| Oh boy! What an expensive piece of kit this 1FQ3-0009 is. Costs a mere 2716.00 from HP. |

If you want mine, I'll sell it for 20% less!
Seriously: Does anyone have access to more info than that on the HP Partsurfer web site? The publicly available stuff isn't really helpful when it comes to CPUs! Great for printer repairs, though...

Does that mean mine is a 180MHz, the same as redbaron`s ?

Yes, I would think so. However, there is no way for me to tell for certain. The best info on PA-RISC (esp. "our" type) I found here:
http://www.openpa.net/cpu.html#xu
I suspect that to identify a PA-RISC with certainty, you need either the exact model number of the machine it came from, or the HP part number of the CPU card.
