about $500 for a board containing a C4004.
$225 for a single chip - a white MOS 6502 .

Paid $80 for a mint old text intel 486 engineering sample. I have, however, bid more then $200 for a socket 4 pentium engineering sample. I also purchased an intel aniversory clock that has a 4004 die in it for $85. The most I ever got selling a chip was $75 for a PIII tualtin 1400 but it was not to a collector.
