|
|
My friend from France asks to find description K580IK80 - purpose of conclusions, the scheme of the connection, in general the full description.
He written:
"Do you have the pinout of K580IK80? I would it to test this beast with my 8080 computer. I am designing computers (as an hobby) with these 8080 and 8085 ICs, and I really need the pinout to use it."
Can, somebody knows, where it can be looked or download? It is desirable in English, certainly.
Thanks. |

| At best I think you will find it in Russian. Good luck! Try asking the ebay sellers of these chips if they can source it in Russia for you. |

| If your K580IK80 is in standard DIP40 package then you can safely use i8080A data sheet. 48-pin ceramic flat pack has different pinout, but functionally is identical to Intel part. |

Is that not the K580IK80A with the same pin out? |

Here is foto K580IK80
It is clone of 8-bit Intel 8080a.
Earlier version of the processor — K580IK80— has 48 pins and is not compatible with 8080. |

The K580IK80 is an i8080 clone but it is not compatible with the Intel version because of the different package and pinout.
The 580VM80 is fully i8080 compatible (DIP40).
All the other models end with "A" and are fully i8080A compatible.
Most unfortunately, I have no docs for the K580IK80. And I have no idea where they can be found.
Add: Is that the picture of a real chip that you have? I've never seen that plant symbol before. Very nice find. _________________ Collecting soviet and western CPUs once again -- highfive to old-timers o/ |
