My favourites are the AMI S6800, the RapidCAD set and the Kingston module.

If anyone has any details about the Toshiba chip, I'll be grateful for any info. I ahve been unable to find any info other than that it is a microcontroller (I only know that because the board I took it from said it is an MCU)

rapid cad set and VIAs are my favourite. Great update !

Wow Debs, your collection is certainly improving a lot!!!! I tried to do some stuff in the summer but it was just toooo hot. Smile

Thanks Sammy (although I'm not sure how a collection can "improve" - it has certainly grown since we last spoke Smile )
