I wish I could tell you I remembered where this chip came from. The pins on the back are in very good shape so I am inclined to think I must have extracted it from the scrap yard. It is also possible that it came on one of the many lots I have purchased on e-bay. I wonder if anyone has seen it before and knows it's function and what it rightly ought to be called.
Thanks,
Les |

| I have the foggy memory I extracted this thing in the southeast corner of the scrap yard. I remember being very excited because I had never seen one before and being sure it was a processor because of its location on a board and heatsink. I don't remember what it came out of though. |
