I know many collectors bid on his auctions. If you're one of them and you already received the chips please post here. The reason I'm posting this request is because I was supposed to receive a chip for another collector, and the seller claimed that delivery was refused Shocked

Hello Gennadiy Shvets, and others,

I also did NOT have got ANY chips from him yet!
I have sent him my payment on April/13th JST
(on April 12th PDT).
But I didn't have any shipping notice from him.
Yes, the shipping method is trackable, insured.

According to the rumor, he might be the same as
eBay ID: staceymama@hotmail.com, many people
and me have been taking involved in frauds...
I hope that it is just the rumor, and not be true... Confused

If you have already got chips from him, I also request
of you to post here..

I know "**buyitnow**" is(was) the same as staceymama@hotmail.com, but that user is also suspended right now. I'm not convinced that staceymama@hotmail.com is the same as scrapmatic, I didn't notice any major similarities between both. We'll wait and see... When I receive the chips from this seller I will post message here.

I received the processors today. I paid for them on April 17th, the chips were shipped on April 29th. The chips were packed very well, and all of them are in the same or better condition than pictured in the aucitons. So far it seems to me that slow shipping is the only drawback of this seller.

That's a definite relief after droping $100 + on scrapomatic auctions. I'll keep my fingers crossed. Just a side note that I emailed him with several questions prior to this notification. His responses were immediate and very professional. He did say that they no longer accept Paypal payments because of the $500/month transfer limit.

Just got my chips today. I was very worried because Scrapmatic had posted a pic of the exact same chip that Stacy had posted but never delivered.

It now appears that Stacy was probably getting her chips from Scrapmatic. Scrapmatic said they sent photos of their inventory to anyone who requested them.

I've dealt with Stacy in the past and she did not have any real technical knowledge about what she was selling. She said she was selling the chips for her "husband". I am pretty sure that the person at scrapmatic is not Stacy.

Hello all,

I also have just got my chips today
(on May/6th JST). Very Happy

According to this seller's feedbacks at the
eBay, many others get their chips.

I have requested him to let me know the
tracking number of the parcel, and he
replied very quickly, and the information
was right.
This is Gennadiy said, and I also think,
upto now, slow shipping is the only drawback
of this seller.

I received my Ebay purchases after three weeks and a supposedly lost package that was replaced by scrapmatic. The chips are in pretty good shape.

Yes, price is good and the quality is good. But waiting 1 month to receive my second batch of chips is not good Sad

By the way, Scrapmatic also sells on eBay under name g.i.trading.

As I'm still waiting for items from auctions I paid for more than a month ago, I checked scrapmatic's feedback and found what excuse he uses for long shipping times:

"truly excellent cust serv -- reaplced copy after USPS lost it. Thanks."

"1st set lost in mail, Promptly sent free replacment! Couldnt ask for more. A+++"

"Readily replaced lost package but overseas postage costs rather high."

"USPS lost one. He replaced with no hassle! Ultra great ebayer. Thanks again!"

He lost more packages in two months than I lost as a buyer/seller on eBay in three years? I hope he will not become the next "staceymama"

After almost 3 months I still havent received my chips I ordered. 2 times Scrapmatic sent me an answer saying the package have been lost in the mail.
I will give him until the weekend before I report him and give a negative feedback.

No way I ever buy anything from this guy again.

Check this out....view scrapmatic's feedback, and go down the line checking to see how long it took from the end of the auction to when the buyer left the feedback. Most if not all of the more recent ones are well over a month. The ones that were "lost" took no longer to arrive than the ones that weren't. Fortunately for other unaware buyers, srapmatic hasn't listed anything in the past month.

I'd also keep an eye on g.i.trading (who has listed over 500 chips and magazines in the past month). Hopefully g.i.trading is an entirely different person than scrapmatic:
