I have lost the website link I once had that would allow me to enter the 3 groups of numbers printed on an Athlon XP (Socket A) processor and it would return all the information for that particular CPU. Are any of you familiar with that website and do you know its URL? Thanks!

No, this one doesn't have three lines. I think I saw an identification tool with three lines before, but I don't remenber URL.

In the link posted by Marcin you can put the first or the second line from CPU:

http://www.cpu-world.com/info/id/AMD-K7-identification.html

I don't know if you can get any useful information from the third line. I guess AMD can do that, but not anybody else.
