HI,
My credit card expired in this month and one PayPal account is not functional. Second where I have funds to pay I used all send-limits and I must register by credit card or wait long time.
So I must wait two weeks for new credit card and register my primary account to have full access.
I apologize people who waiting for payments for delay (especially group buy) but I don't have possibility now to send any funds. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |

Complete knobs? They cost me about £200 in bank charges and got one of my bank accounts closed because of it this summer! I think knob is far too polite a word for them
Still, now I'm catching up on recent payments I'm going to start building up a balance with them as it is generally the easiest way to make payments (especially now I had an envelope returned by the Post Office without the cash I had posted one member). _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I got some of them back, but not before they had caused me a load of grief. The worst thing was that the account in question got closed because of it and now I can't have an account with that bank (fortunately they weren't my only account...). The account was finally closed because they refused to refund the last of the charges, which would not have been there if the frst of the charges hadn't happened (and that had been refunded, but the charges it caused weren't). Unfortuantely I am not as able as I would like to spend weeks pursuing banks, and my local solicitors are really pretty hopeless when things can't be settled amicably
Still, that's in the past now, and it hasn't stopped me increasing the size of my collection by about 6 or 7 times over this year _________________ My graphics card database can be found at http://www.gpuzoo.com.

I think you have to also complete the expanded use verification on the card, that can take a few days if you have online banking with your card and are able to see the 4 digit code paypal sends as a payment reference to your card when you do the expanded verification.
If you do not have online banking for your credit card then you have to wait for your statement in the post to see the 4 digit code, or maybe you can try phone your credit card company and ask them for the payment reference against the paypal charge on your card.
Expanded use verification is where paypal applies a charge 0 - 2 USD, and they send a code as a payment reference. When you get your bank statement, online or in post, you then login to paypal and enter the 4 digit code in the "complete expanded use" section of your credit cards in paypal. Paypal will refund the charge at a later date to your paypal account. If you phone your credit card company to get the 4 digit code, make sure you just ask for the full payment reference. If you say you are asking for a code then some will not give it to you. |

| Also check your ebay postal address is the same as the paypal address. In ebay you can select "use paypal address" .. then you may or may not come up in "green verified" in paypal payments. ( depends on the country I think ) |

Yeah, I went through all this as well, it takes time, Paypal is not very "userfriendly" when it comes to some of their so called fast services for your advantage

Green verified ? Hmmm my PayPal adress is Germany and postal adress is Poland so I think I will not be a verified seller
BTW. I searched long time and not found any help in "eBay help" about paying eBay's fees by PayPal. Is that possible ?
In seller account I have two variants : credit card and automatic draw from bank account. No pay by paypal. _________________ Visit ABC CPU - Virtual CPU Museum. |
