Yes the P200 MMX is a real cpu. It comes in Ceramic PGA and Plastic PGA.
I haven`t seen the one that is in the picture you posted though.

I never seen Pentium MMX in this package. It'd be interesting to take a closer look at the printing. If the forth line says "BP80503200" then it's probably a fake.

the forth line really says "BP80503200"
why saying it means a fake?

but i think the cpu has no symbol on die top, the symbol is remarked by someone in order to be distinguished from other frequency

I would expect this type of package from enginnering samples, or some kind of embedded version of Pentium MMX processor. "BP" prefix means this is a boxed Pentium MMX processor, and I don't know if engineering samples of those were produced. I think there is an "Sxxxx" opr "Qxxxx" number on the fifth line. Can you post what this number is?

i don't think it's an engineering sample, i have seen more than 10s cpu like this in my city.most of them have no symbol on the die top except this one.

someone told me this cpu is used in notebook.

tomorrow i will post a clearer photo of it

Notebook would not surprise me.

1.5V would be good for that.

or an embedded app

I think it's a mobile Pentium MMX processor (TCP package) soldered on a PGA adapter:

This picture was taken from this article:

I think I even have one processor like this without heatsink in my collection, I'll post pictures when I get home. So, to answer your question, the processor is probably real, but the printing on it is probably fake.

These are the pictures of a Pentium MMX in similar package:

I don't know why my processor doesn't have heatsinks on the top and on the bottom.

There was a heatsink. Normally the Tillamook, which is soldered in TCP version to a socket adapter has a certain kind of plastic tape on the top. It's very easy to remove. I think it's something like heat conductive tape... And the surface of this tape is connected to a metal-plate (=heat sink) in the notebook / laptop. Normally these heat-sinks have very crazy shapes, so nobody give it with the cpu...
