Any reason for my last post to be deleted? I provided a screenshot of the datasheet (dated 3 years before the SXF that many of us have) which shows that the SXL is the second member of the NS 486 family, and I sasked for info on what is the first if not the SXF. I like to ahve accurate info where possible, and if I have misunderstod the datasheet (as some of you think), then I want to know which chip to add to my site.

Hi guys,

This NS486SXL-25 is a classic production CPU and clearly NOT an engineering sample.

I have a NS486SXL-25 Engineering sample (yeah, I need to update my collection with the new chips), here is a pics :
