it seems to be a Cyrix MII produced from National (mfd 13. week 2000)

very interesting.
probably not and ES, as its a full year from my ES, and if it was ES should be .18u and not .25u

as a further point, it was made in Maine, and assembled in SIngapore.

The marking on top says Taiwan, so perhaps these were for a taiwanese OEM.
