hi, i got an intel ES chip from another forum member today
again , this is an unfamiliar package for me ( edit at 01071900) ==>of course , the seller didnt know it too )
Could someone tell me what it is ?
the only print of the chip is on the cap
it reads LE82BWLG QL53ES

It's either "Graphics and Memory Controller Hub" or "Memory Controller Hub" chip from Intel 945 or 946 chipsets.

It seems to be in BGA1080. It is a huge amount of balls !
