I suspect MB8859H is a 4-bit microcontroller. MB88429 may be a microcontroller too.

May be all two ES for not standard package
Fujitsu MB8859H = CMOS single-chip 4-Bit Microcomputer, MB8850 series
Fujitsu MB88429 = NMOS Single-Chip 4 Bit Microcomputer, MB88400 series
but of this I'm not completely sure |
