"IBM" looks like Intel 486 overdrive . Two small chips look like intel 80186 or 80286.

The IBM I`m sure is a 486DX2-50

They are both from Siemens. I would risk and say these are 387 FPUs - what can be explane of strange markings.

387 with copyright (C) '82 ? I don't think so. They look more like 286 CPU to me.

Siemens 186's are usually marked with (C)'78'82.

i have one siemens SAB80186-R (C)84 (maybe an enhanced version)

but all others are also (C)78,82

(btw: one SAB80186-R (C)84 is for trade/sell)
