Hi,

even Microsoft produced chips (but probably not themselves)

It's from a "Microsoft Inport Device" ISA Card. IMHO it was a special MS Mouse device.

not special, its the Microsoft Bus Mouse
Microsoft's first Mouse system that sold well, required a seperate card to run the mouse. (I had one, worked great)

I have a single card and an old PC still working with the built in card.
I just wonder who was the original manufacturer.
