Hello All Great Site, I have the above processor in a HP computer with a MS-6367 (Mambo) motherboard it is a socket A (PGA462) I hope that is enough information for you to help me? Anyway I was thinking of speeding it up with a faster processor and upgrade of the motherboard (if possible) can anyone offer any advice? Like what is the fastest processer I can use ?
Thanks, James.

MSI OEM product. I didn't found CPU support on MSI website. That will be a problem.

Yeah, he's right on that "they suck part" Very Happy

Anyways,

Here's some info for ya's all :

MAX FSB is 266mhz/Max Processor Speed available 1.5ghz due to Multiplier.

So I'd say max CPU is --> Athlon XP 1700+

I have one sitting on my shelf Wink
