Sisandra lite provided the following information after I installed the CPU.

Purchase on ebay as an IBM Thinkpad CPU. Appears to be a laptop/mobile cpu, but it slotted straight into an IBM Netvista 845G Desktop motherboard with 400mhz FSB and is working well.
