Cyrix CX486 S40 FasCache?

I found this Cyrix CPU and it's mounted on a type of carrier and I'm wondering what it is? 3 pics, top, bottom and side.

looks like a overdrive from 386 20mhz to 486 40mhz

If you remove Cyrix from the plate you will find Cyrix 487S-40QP. It`s a math cooprocesor running at 40Mhz.
