Engineering sample, S-spec not listed, QGJM.
I want to be sure what it is before I submit S-spec numbers.

looks like a Yonah to me
the 1.5GHz CoreDuo Yonah was released in January 06
yours is made March of 05
so must be fairly early

I have data that it's a CoreDuo 1.66 GHz, though my data could be incorrect.

My data was incorrect... it's a CoreDuo 1.5 GHz with 2 MB L2 cache and 667 FSB.
