Look like PGA 186,286 or 387.

i receive the chip you sold me (ebay) today
i check the resistance between pins randomly
the datas i got are identical to CG80286-6 C's
and different to intel 80186,80188,387
although i have no 286 MB to test it. i believe it is an intel 80286 sample

I tested this sample on my PGA 286 mainboard today and it works great.
